Nominations are made by Vertical and Industry Insiders ONLY. Please do not complete this nomination form unless you have received an invitation to do so. ALL questions MUST be answered for the nomination form to be admissible. Nominator must specify what organization they work with and/or represent within the vertical film industry. All projects nominated should have a release date between May 2025 thru April 2026.
