THE VERTIES TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: Sept-2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of tickets, sponsorships, participation in, and attendance at The Verties, produced by Beemer Wolf Productions ("BWP", "The Verties", "Organizer", "we", "our", or "us"). 

By purchasing a ticket, becoming a Sponsor, accessing our website, attending The Verties, or otherwise participating in the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. GENERAL TERMS

The Verties is a live awards event celebrating excellence in vertical storytelling.

BWP reserves the right to modify event programming, schedules, presenters, entertainment, seating, venues, event timing, award presentation order, and other operational details when reasonably necessary. 

​

Such operational changes do not constitute grounds for a refund except where expressly stated in these Terms. 

2. TICKET PURCHASES

All ticket sales are subject to availability. 

​

BWP reserves the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or modify any order due to inventory limitations, pricing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, technical errors, or any circumstance deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the event. 

​

By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that: 

  • You are legally authorized to use the payment method provided. 

  • All information submitted is accurate, complete, and current. 

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or are purchasing with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. 

​

Admission tickets are final sale, non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for another event except where required by applicable law or expressly stated within these Terms. 

​

Your purchase signifies your agreement to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all event rules communicated by BWP before or during the event. 

3. SPONSORSHIP TERMS

Sponsor Approval 

​

Submission of a sponsorship inquiry, reservation, agreement, or payment does not guarantee acceptance as a Sponsor. 

​

All sponsorships are subject to review and final approval by BWP. 

​

BWP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, decline, suspend, revoke, or terminate any sponsorship before or during the event. 

​

Brand Alignment 

​

The Verties carefully selects Sponsors whose brands, products, services, and business practices complement the mission, integrity, and reputation of the event. 

​

BWP may refuse or terminate a sponsorship if it determines that: 

  • the Sponsor's business or public conduct does not align with the mission, values, or reputation of The Verties or Beemer Wolf Productions; 

  • the Sponsor provides false, misleading, or incomplete information; 

  • the Sponsor violates these Terms; 

  • the Sponsor engages in unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate conduct; or 

  • continued association could reasonably be expected to negatively impact the reputation or integrity of The Verties. 

​

BWP is under no obligation to publicly disclose the reason for declining or terminating a sponsorship. 

​

Sponsorship Benefits 

​

Sponsor benefits are limited to those specifically included within the selected sponsorship package or otherwise confirmed in writing by BWP. 

​

Benefits may include: 

  • Award category sponsorship recognition; 

  • Website recognition; 

  • Social media recognition; 

  • Stage acknowledgment; 

  • Logo placement; 

  • Red carpet recognition; 

  • VIP admission; and 

  • Other promotional opportunities appropriate to the sponsorship level.

BWP reserves the right to modify sponsorship placements or benefits where operationally necessary. 

​

Sponsor Materials 

​

Sponsors are responsible for providing all requested logos, artwork, advertisements, company information, and promotional materials by published deadlines. 

​

Late submissions may result in reduced promotional exposure without refund or compensation. 

​

Sponsors represent that they own or have permission to use all submitted materials and grant BWP permission to use those materials solely in connection with promoting and presenting The Verties. 

​

Use of The Verties Name & Logo 

​

Sponsors may identify themselves as an official Sponsor of The Verties only for the applicable event year and only using branding approved by BWP. 

​

No Sponsor may imply ownership of, endorsement by, partnership with, or ongoing affiliation with Beemer Wolf Productions beyond the approved sponsorship without prior written permission. 

​

Unless specifically stated in writing, sponsorship does not include category exclusivity. 

 

Award Independence 

​

Financial sponsorship does not provide influence over: 

  • Award eligibility; 

  • Nominations; 

  • Judging; 

  • Voting; 

  • Finalists; 

  • Winners; 

  • Award decisions; or 

  • Presentation of awards. 

​

All decisions regarding The Verties remain solely under the authority of BWP and its designated judging representatives. 

​

All award decisions are final. 

​

BWP reserves the right to revoke a nomination or award if information becomes available that materially affects eligibility or could reasonably damage the integrity or reputation of The Verties. 

4. ATTENDANCE & SPONSOR CONDUCT

All attendees, nominees, presenters, award recipients, Sponsors, media representatives, volunteers, contractors, and guests are expected to conduct themselves professionally, respectfully, and courteously throughout the event. 

The following conduct may result in removal from the event and/or termination of sponsorship: 

  • Harassment or intimidation; 

  • Discriminatory conduct; 

  • Abusive or threatening behavior; 

  • Disruption of ceremonies or presentations; 

  • Interference with nominees, presenters, or award recipients; 

  • Damage to venue property; 

  • Violation of venue rules; 

  • Illegal activity; or 

  • Failure to follow reasonable instructions from BWP staff, representatives, or venue personnel. 

BWP reserves the right to refuse admission, remove any individual, revoke credentials, terminate sponsorship, or prohibit attendance at future events at its sole discretion. 

Individuals removed from the event are not entitled to a refund or compensation. 

Children & Minor Attendee Policy

  • Recommended age: The Verties is recommended for ages 13+. The event may include mature subject matter, language, humor, themes, or discussions. Parents/guardians are responsible for determining whether the event is appropriate for their child.

  • Admission: Children 4 and older require a full-price admission ticket.

  • Under age 4: Children under 4 may attend without a separate ticket but must remain on a parent or legal guardian's lap throughout the ceremony.

  • Supervision: Parents/guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children at all times. BWP does not provide childcare.

  • Ceremony conduct: The Verties is a formal, seated awards ceremony. Children are expected to remain seated, appropriately supervised, and respectful of the event and other attendees.

  • Disruptive behavior: Loud or disruptive children must be removed from the theater. Failure to appropriately supervise a child or comply with staff or venue instructions may result in removal from the event.

  • Strollers: Strollers are not permitted in the theater or event space.

  • Attire: Children attending The Verties should be dressed appropriately for a formal awards event and the venue.

  • Removal: Attendees removed due to disruptive behavior are not entitled to a refund, exchange, or other compensation.

  • BWP may establish additional age, seating, or supervision requirements where necessary for safety or venue requirements.

5. REFUNDS, CANCELATIONS & SPONSORSHIP WITHDRAWLS

Admission Tickets

Admission tickets are final sale and are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Refunds will not be provided for: 

  • Failure to attend; 

  • Late arrival; 

  • Personal scheduling conflicts; 

  • Travel delays; 

  • Illness; 

  • Weather; 

  • Dissatisfaction with programming; or 

  • Changes to presenters, schedules, or event timing.

Event Cancellation 

​

If The Verties is cancelled in its entirety and is not rescheduled, BWP may, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, refund the face value of admission tickets. 

Ticketing platform service fees, processing fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable. 

​

Sponsorships 

​

Sponsor payments become final upon acceptance by BWP. 

Sponsor payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing by BWP. 

If a Sponsor voluntarily withdraws or fails to provide required materials by published deadlines, associated sponsorship benefits may be reduced or forfeited without refund. 

If BWP terminates a sponsorship due to a violation of these Terms or conduct inconsistent with the integrity or reputation of The Verties, no refund shall be issued. 

6. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE

By attending The Verties, you acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, livestreams, and audio recordings may be created by BWP and its authorized representatives. 

​

You grant BWP a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use your image, likeness, voice, and participation for promotional, marketing, archival, editorial, educational, and event-related purposes without additional notice or compensation. 

​

BWP retains ownership of all media it produces or commissions and reserves the right to edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, and watermark such materials. 

​

BWP is not responsible for media created independently by third parties.

7. ILLNESS & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Attendance at any public event involves interaction with other individuals. 

​

If you are experiencing symptoms of a communicable illness or have been advised not to attend public gatherings, BWP respectfully requests that you remain home. 

​

By attending, participants voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with attendance at a public event. 

8. PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe an error has occurred regarding your purchase or sponsorship payment, please contact BWP before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. 

​

BWP is committed to resolving legitimate concerns promptly. 

​

Initiating a chargeback without first providing BWP a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter may result in cancellation of tickets or sponsorships, suspension of future purchasing privileges, or restriction from future BWP events, subject to applicable law. 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BWP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from attendance at or participation in The Verties, including but not limited to event modifications, scheduling changes, venue changes, delays, cancellations of individual programming, or circumstances beyond BWP's reasonable control.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

BWP reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated Terms will be published on the official website and become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. 

​

Continued participation in or attendance at The Verties constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
